« L’art, c’est le plus court chemin de l’homme à l’homme ». C’est sur cette citation d’André Malraux que Bruno Costes, maire de Pibrac, a ouvert la présentation de la saison culturelle 2018/2019 du Théatre Musical de Pibrac. Pour cette nouvelle année, l’objectif a été de plaire au public le plus large. Vaste programme lorsque l’on sait à quel point les goûts de chacun sont différents, notamment lorsque l’on regroupe un panel de générations aussi complet que cette commune. Pour ce faire, le mot d’ordre des organisateurs à été le partage, avec les professionnels du spectacle bien entendu mais également avec le public et associations culturelles de la ville, notamment la compagnie résidente au TMP. Sont associés à ce mouvement les équipes techniques de la commune qui entretiennent et restaurent les installations permettant le bon déroulement des événements.
Au regard des résultats enthousiasmants de la saison précédente, il semblerait que cette stratégie soit la bonne…
Concrètement, que nous réserve cette nouvelle saison ? La promesse de diversité est bel et bien tenue avec du théâtre, de la danse, des concerts et même du burlesque. Focus sur quelques spectacles.
Le Père Noël est une ordure – Théâtre
Légende absolue du théâtre Français dépeignant les aventures folles d’une nuit de noël à la permanence de SOS Détresse Amitié, cette pièce qui a révélé la troupe du Splendid est ici mise en scène par Xavier Viton. Servie par les comédiens du Théâtre Trianon de Bordeaux, ce monument du répertoire comique déclenche toujours autant l’hilarité 40 ans après sa sortie.
Michel Fugain – La causerie musicale
« C’est un beau roman…c’est une belle histoire » : qui n’a jamais fredonné les paroles de cette chanson de Michel Fugain, sortie en 1972 ? Avec ce spectacle, Michel Fugain propose une rencontre, intime et interactive, autour de ses chansons et de leurs beaux secrets de fabrication. Ces causeries Musicales s’annoncent comme des rencontres conviviales, divertissantes et interactives, illustrées par des chansons, des anecdotes mais également des réflexions plus profondes car les chansons sont aussi et toujours des marqueurs précis d’une époque et d’une société.
Michel prévient d’ailleurs « On en saura plus sur nous-mêmes à la fin de la soirée. »…
Face à Face – Comédie
Cinq couples, cinq situations, cinq possibilités !
Connue sous les titres Duets, Face to Face, Lonely Hearts, Mr & Mrs Heart to Heart, cette pièce a été écrite par Peter Quilter, auteur aux multiples récompenses et succès internationaux, comme End of the Rainbow (Judy Garland, la fin d’une étoile), ou Glorious! (sur Florence Foster Jenkins). Cette version française est portée par le formidable duo, Martin Lamotte et Véronique Genest.
