« A l’image de la fête traditionnelle de Munich, nous avons voulu reproduire l’ouverture de l’« Oktoberfest » comme elle se fait en Allemagne. Pour l’occasion, nous avons percé un fût, et offert une cinquantaine de pintes. Lors de cette soirée, ce n’est pas moins de 300 litres de bières qui ont coulé à flot », développe le responsable du bar. Passionnée, l’équipe du « V&B » organise régulièrement des dégustations payantes, et des rencontres avec des brasseurs locaux. 2019 n’en sera pas moins chaleureuse, avec de nombreux temps forts comme l’anniversaire du bar en janvier, ou les dix jours de février consacrés à la bière artisanale. Côté cave, la bière de Noël arrivera début décembre en édition limitée.
