L’Italie à la carte du Carré Vert
Que diriez-vous d’un hiver à l’italienne ?
C’est ce qu’a eu envie de proposer le Chef de la Brasserie du Carré Vert, ajouter un petit accent méditerranéen à la carte ! Bien sûr, tous les plats traditionnels de la Brasserie restent au menu : viandes (dont les excellentes viandes de race), burgers, poissons à la pancha, etc… Mais depuis novembre, vous pouvez déguster lasagnes à la bolognaise, cannelloni gratinées, aubergines à la parmigiana, saltimbocca, et bien sûr la fameuse escalope à la milanaise. Bref tous les plats réconfortants que nous propose la gastronomie italienne ! Pour couronner le tout, le Chef s’est équipé d’un four dédié à la cuisson des focaccias, et une carte spéciale « focaccias » est désormais disponible. Bien sûr, de nouvelles recettes viendront étoffer la carte tout au long de l’hiver. Sans oublier, pour accompagner ces plats, quelques vins italiens, et le fameux Spritz à l’apéritif !

Vous avez envie d’organiser un repas entre collègues ou entre amis pour marquer cette fin d’année ?
Le chef vous a concocté 3 menus spécial fêtes, qui seront servis du 4 décembre au 12 janvier. Au programme Saint-Jacques, foie gras, chapon et poissons nobles, avec en prime cette année un menu Prestige pour les plus fins gourmets, et la possibilité d’y associer un accord mets et vins.
