Durant tout le mois d’avril, le festival Nothing2Looz va ambiancer Colomiers lors d’un festival dédié à la culture urbaine. L’inauguration se tiendra le 5 avril au Pavillon Blanc. Lors de cette réception, un tirage au sort sera effectué et définira les équipes s’affrontant le lendemain pour la compétition de danse. Référence dans ce milieu, le Nothing2Looz World Finals a réussi le pari fou de réunir pour la première fois sur la même scène les meilleurs danseurs mondiaux dans l’ensemble des disciplines des danses dîtes hip-hop. Au total, ce sont les 24 meilleurs danseurs venant des quatre coins du monde qui s’affronteront lors du fameux « Battle All-Styles » dans un concept unique en son genre. Breakdance, Popping, Locking, Hip-Hop et House Dance seront portés par l’élite mondiale lors de la soirée de gala le 6 avril au Hall Comminges. Elle sera aussi l’occasion d’assister au Kids Battle. Cette compétition verra s’affronter les plus grands prodiges mondiaux de moins de 14 ans dans la catégorie Breakdance sans oublier le N2L Beatbox Battle rassemblant les meilleurs Beatboxers du monde et la présence exceptionnelle en tant que jury du groupe BERYWAM.

Cœur du festival, le battle n’est pourtant pas le seul événement à vivre lors de ce mois. Une exposition du photographe et danseur originaire de Casablanca Yoriyas se tiendra du 1er au 30 au Square Saint Exupéry, présentant des perspectives rares et invisibles sur la culture Hip-Hop à travers plusieurs clichés pris dans différents pays.

La projection du film sur les 10 ans du festival Nothing2Looz s’annonce tout aussi intéressante. Elle se tiendra le 20 avril au Pavillon Blanc et présentera l’histoire, les coulisses et les meilleurs moments du festival depuis la première édition en 2009. 


Au Hall Comminges et sur la place des fêtes, l’Urban Village est la meilleure façon de venir découvrir la culture Street à travers de nombreux ateliers de danse, musique, skate et bien d’autres encore. « Peace, love and unity » sont les maîtres mots pour cet événement du 25 au 27 avril inclus. C’est d’ailleurs le dernier jour de cet Urban Village que se tiendra la Graffiti Jam sur le parvis du Hall Comminges. La performance se déroulera devant les passants, permettra au public d’observer la réalisation complète de fresques élaborées et composées par plusieurs graffeurs, alliant différent styles et techniques. Enfin, la Groove Session du 28 avril changera le Parc Seycheron en Brooklyn l’espace d’une journée. Le concept est simple: on sort les platines, les DJs prennent le contrôle du son et tout le monde danse !

Le festival Nothing2Looz est une occasion de découvrir tout ce monde de créativité, basé sur le partage et la solidarité. Dj, breaker, B-boy, graffeur, beatbox , tous sont là pour vous offrir le meilleur de l’art de rue. À ne surtout pas rater !
