Depuis sa création en 2012, le CEO participe activement au Forum Colomiers, terre d’emplois. Cette année, il a eu lieu le 28 Mars, au Hall Comminges.
Si plusieurs adhérents du club ont tenu leur propre stand, le CEO a assuré une permanence durant la totalité du forum où se sont relayés une vingtaine de chefs d’entreprise. En amont de cette manifestation, le CEO organise, auprès de ses membres, une enquête sur leurs besoins en main d’oeuvre (CDI, CDD, saisonnier, intérim), les possibilités de stages ou de signature de contrats en alternance.
Pour 2018, le CEO a recensé, au sein de ses adhérents, plus de 1500 postes à pourvoir, dont 24 offres de stage et 22 offres d’alternance. Près de 150 entretiens individuels ont été réalisés par nos adhérents. Ces CV viendront alimenter la CVthèque du CEO.
Cette année, dans le cadre de la coopération entre Victoriaville (Québec) et Colomiers, une délégation canadienne avait fait le déplacement pour proposer pas moins de 70 offres d’emploi. 90 candidatures ont été réceptionnées par la délégation lors du Forum et l’atelier « Travailler à Victoriaville » était complet. Ces rencontres sont non seulement l’occasion de mettre en relation des entreprises qui recrutent avec des demandeurs d’emploi, d’établir des fiches d’entretien qui, compilées, sont intégrées à la cvthèque mais aussi une manière de marquer notre implantation et notre implication sur le territoire dans le domaine de l’emploi.
