– défaillance critique, basée sur 129 points et entraînant l’interdiction de rouler pour le véhicule à partir de minuit le jour du contrôle. Des travaux et une contre visite sont donc à réaliser dans un délai de deux mois pour pouvoir reprendre la route.
Beaucoup de questions restent en suspend, notamment concernant l’augmentation du temps de contrôle et de facto de son prix mais surtout de l’interdiction de circuler qui pourrait frapper le véhicule. En effet, même si les travaux de mise en conformité sont exécutés, le trajet pour revenir faire une contre visite obligent le remorquage du véhicule, allongeant d’autant plus la liste des frais…
