L’étude réalisée sur 7 ans par NutiNet-Santé a révélé 1 340 nouveaux cas de cancer parmi ses participants après suivi médical. Elle a ainsi démontré une baisse de 25% des risques de cancer chez les consommateurs réguliers de bio. Plus spécifiquement, 34% de baisse a été observé pour le risque de cancer du sein chez les femmes ménopausées et 76% de baisse du risque de cancer des lymphomes (cancer du sang). Ces résultats sont une première mondiale.
